Testimonials
We have always enjoyed our holidays in
Ballybunion and can recommend the Ballybunion
Holiday Cottages where we have stayed in many
times over the years.
They are situated in a great location in a quiet
cul de sac which is very quiet and safe and ideal
for young families.
The cottages are very well furnished and have fantastic
views from the rear where you can see the Tralee
Mountains on a clear day as well as views of the
Cashen River and Ballybunion Golf Links.
There is easy access to the fantastic beaches and
cliff walks as well as being close to the town centre
which has a great range of pubs and restaurants
serving up traditional Irish food of the highest
standard. The world famous Golf club is close by
and has an excellent restaurant.
The holiday homes are very comfortable and feel
like home having a well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms
are comfortable and very quiet.
You will not be disappointed with your stay at these
cottages and you will be well looked after by Mary
Cooke who is always on hand to help you with ideas
on where to go and offer advice on things to do.
Our two sons have some really good memories of their
time in Ballybunion and we always felt safe
staying here.

Our
stay at Ballybunion Cottages was wonderful.
Everything was clean with all of the comforts
of home. One nice sunny day I sat on the little
patio out back and enjoyed the sounds of children
laughing, birds chirping and the trees moving
in a gentle breeze.
Our first stay included a reunion of our maternal
and paternal relatives from Ballybunion.
We had an open house to allow us the pleasure
of meeting them for the first time in our lives.
It was then and always will be a day of great
joy for all of us. No where else in the world
could this event have taken place but Ballybunion.
All in all we had about 30 of us meet during that
day and we were never crowded. We set up a buffet.
The arrangement was perfect.
Our second stay at the Ballybunion Cottages
was in May 2010. Again we met with some of the
relatives and even brought a few new ones along.
They truely enjoyed Irish life if only for 2 weeks.
We prepared a full meal complete with desserts.
The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed
for this. We had another wonderful trip and hope
to come back to Ballybunion again one day.
