Balance of Payment
The balance is payable six weeks prior to arrival. Confirmation of reservation will be dispatched on receipt of same.

Security Deposit
A security deposit of €200.00 is payable on arrival. This will be refunded within seven days of departure once the supervisor is happy that everything is left in order.

Method of Payment
Payments may be made by cheque, draft or postal order only. Credit cards are not accepted.

Accommodation Capacity
For insurance reasons, the total number of guests staying in each holiday cottage must not exceed the maximum capacity of six persons.

Cancellation by Guest
In the event you wish to cancel your holiday cottage reservation, the following charges will apply:
On all reservations booking deposit is withheld 6-2 weeks before arrival 50% of rental is withheld Less than 2 weeks 100% of rental is withheld. We strongly recommend that guests take out Travel Insurance to cover any costs associated with having to cancel a holiday booking.

Arrival and Departure Times
Arrival after 4pm
Departure before 10am

Complaints
In the unlikely event of a complaint, it should be brought to the attention of the supervisor immediately.
